the weather today was wonderful — after a full week of thunderstorm and heavy rain. In case you ‘re working in an office and didn’t have a chance to look at the blue sky, I had taken a few pics to share with you

still remember winnie and raymond ? the cheerful and hyperactive couple that shined on their wedding day in jan. I ‘d like to share the 2nd day of their wedding here, and I can say this is the most entertaining wedding I had ever attended. Not only ‘re winnie and raymond fabulous, but also their families and friends as well. This is awesome !!!!
reception: peninsula hotel hong kong make-up artist: winnie did it herself !!!!
as a professional jazz dancer, winnie didn’t disappoint us with lots and lots of dance in the reception. And this was my 1st time to see belly dance in a wedding !!!

 Hi agnes and jim,
thanks for your trust on me in your wedding. there is a little story. About 1 month before the wedding, we arranged a pre-meeting to discuss the rundown. However, I forgot to mark it in my personal calendar and made them wait for me in the coffee shop whole night. At that time, I guessed they must be very worry about me … …
On the contrary, they ‘re very nice on their wedding day and showed a lot of trust on me. Big big thanks to you !!!!!

 it is a destiny.
two people from two different worlds – a HK born half chinese half Korean/Japanese girl and a HK guy, like to see the future of themselves, so they join a Chinese face-reading class a few years ago, at where they met each other and fell in love.

my fav photo of the day. while I was taking a shot of the ballroom, it was so lucky that Nina was just walking back to the bridal room and made it more than just a ballroom shot. I tried a new concept here which was inspired by another great wedding photographer Matt Adcock

today is the birthday (two weeks old) of my baby girl. There ‘re so many new (and bad) things happened last two week … ….
First, I was so glad that I decided to take a long vacation from April to June — the look of the baby kept changing everyday, you just can’t afford not seeing her for just one day. And there ‘re so many "FIRST TIME" for me — first time to bath the baby (it was real exciting and challenging !!! ), to change the diaper, to feed the baby, to hold her in my arms. The baby just needs so much attention from you, apart from sleeping, she will start crying if you don’t hold her in your arms or leave her alone.
I also started to understand the love of a mother, there is so much sacrifice (and pain) for Xandra the few days [......]

my 1st wedding in 2008. this was a simple wedding – just an evening reception with friends and families at the Peninsula. However, it was quite challenging for me that David didn’t like wedding photo at all. And we had a whole afternoon free time before the reception started.
I chatted with David and found that he just bought a new DSLR camera a few days ago, so I asked him to take some photos of Pauline in the hotel suite. The moment he started to click click click, he got loosen up very soon, and I got a lot of nice pictures with them.
