Wedding of Karen & Allen

blog_karen_allen_00

I had been waiting for the wedding of Karen & Allen since I took the engagement photos for them back in Aug. Karen is a very cheerful girl and has such a beautiful camera face that it is so easy to take pictures of her no matter what angle I am standing.

Their wedding was held at Grand Hyatt on Sept 25.

Engagement shooting for
Karen & Allen

We shot the engagement photos for Karen & Allen last Sunday. They  are so much fun to be around and I’m so glad that after two reschedules, we finally made it. Karen is the kind of bride that every wedding photographer ‘d love. She ‘s so cheerful  and know how to express her feeling in front of the camera. After the first meeting with them, I knew that we would be doing something different in the engagement shooting, and I was right.

We had so much fun walking around the Hong Kong Park and I am already looking forward to their wedding next month at Grand Hyatt.

The wind, the dress, the trees — they ‘re all perfect at that moment.

A beautiful wedding – Noriko & Oliver

Noriko & Oliver had a beautiful wedding at the pool side "Plateau" of Grand Hyatt  on July 1st -  one of my favorite wedding locations. All the guests ‘re their closest friends and flied all the way from Europe & Japan to cerebrate their wedding

A wedding that brings German and Japanese together

Today I confirmed to be the photographer for the wedding of Noriko and Oliver. This is an interesting wedding, as Noriko comes from Japan while Oliver is a German. They fell in love in Japan several years ago, and now Oliver works in HK as a President of an Intl Co and Noriko studies in CUHK.

Half of the guests will come from Japan and another half from Europe. This sounds very interesting as two different cultures meet in a wedding and I believe I need to learn some basic Japanese and German before the wedding.

The wedding will be held at the pool side Spa of Grand Hyatt – "Plateau" on 1st of July.

This photo of Oliver and me was taken in Pacific Coffee (My office)

A bride I love so much !! – Kitty & Charles

(Updated 05 May) Yesterday I shot the wedding of Kitty &  Charles at Grand Hyatt and Catholic Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception ~ ??????? (half day only & no need to take photo after banquet started).

This shot was taken just before we left Grand Hyatt and and headed to Church. I like the quality of light and the mood of this photo.

Charles ‘s very cute and made Kitty smile … …
