After posting her pre-wedding photos here, I got lots of good feedback from readers and couldn’t imagine how many people appreciated cordelia ’s character.
time flies … … so happy to see her again on her wedding day. this time not only did we see a bride wearing glasses again, but we could see a wedding with lots of beautiful details as well. We did see very different bouquet, wedding shoes, hair style, decoration … …

Just a few days left for 2009 and I have 3 more weddings to go before finishing the awesome and wonderful 2009.
The happy thing is - I don’t have wedding on the new year eve and Christmas eve this year, so finally I can have “count down” with my love ones – Xandra and Shulin. What am I going to do tonight? Honestly, Xandra and I don’t like crowded places at all (Is it a joke for a wedding photographer??), so a quiet night (no work, no email) with my family is the best for me.

my first time to select a “father daughter photo” as the 1st photo of the blog. The photo itself tells you why I select it. Everyone was having fun playing the bridal pickup game outside and left netta and her father alone here.

“we are so shy in front of the camera, we don’t know how to pose, and my fiancé doesn’t like taking photo, we ‘re so worry that we can’t have any good photo”, say the bride
“don’t worry, 9 out of 10 couple are shy in front of the camera. If you can relax, enjoy the day, enjoy the moment, it is not difficult for me to take good photo of you two.” say Simon. I believe all wedding photographers ‘d agree on that.
However, for nicole and allan, they are just the “1 out of 10”. Both Ken and I found that we can take good pic/video of them anytime, anywhere on the day. In fact, they are the first couple that eats up all my memory cards (a total of over 50GB CF card) in one day !!!!!

I didn’t meet julie until around 1 week before the wedding day as she worked in UK most of the time. So happy to be their wedding photographer, they ‘re such a friendly couple that I felt I am part of the wedding.

Posting date: July 29th, 2008 | Category: I-do (wedding day), video |  I feel very sorry that I didn’t blogged andrea and ken ’s wedding for a long time. Every time I talked to audrea on email and phone, she was so eager to see her photos here (even after she got all the photos already … …) Last few months were busy time for me, taking care of my baby as well as clearing all the outstanding jobs before holiday (April – June) takes up all of my time.
I am very happy now that all the outstanding are cleared and I am working on weddings after my holiday and some outstanding albums.

Posting date: June 23rd, 2008 | Category: I-do (wedding day) |  this was a rainy and cold day. It was so cold that no one liked to stay outdoor for a few seconds.
this is my 2nd time to have a wedding at the beautiful Bethanie Chapel. I love this location a lot, not only because of the beautiful architecture, and I love their booking system as well. When you book this venue, you have a 4 hour session, so you don’t need to rush before and after the ceremony.

Even though we couldn’t go out because of the bad weather, there ‘re so many beautiful locations inside the chapel. I was trying a new concept, inspired by another wpja award winning photographer Dino Lara
Posting date: June 12th, 2008 | Category: I-do (wedding day) |  Fiona ’s wedding was held at the "pearl on the peak" restaurant at the peak, the location gave you a very causal but warm style. This was my first time to be there and both services and food ‘re very good. The ceremony and reception finished at around 1600 and we still got plenty of time taking photos at the peak.
This was a big surprise, when we had the dinner in Central, Fiona told me that my face is very familiar to her. We found out that we met each other before when both of us worked in IT industry xxx (a secret) years ago, and we had a lot of common friends in IT !!!!
