both isabella and richard came from shanghai and had their wedding at Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong. Before the wedding day, I only had the chance to meet richard, but I couldn’t meet Isabella until the wedding day.
As a girl from Shanghai, I found Isabella very special compared to other brides here in Hong Kong. Most of the time, she ‘s very quiet and look very elegant on the day, but sometime, she can be very very hot, especially when we had the night shooting in Central
Date: Nov 25, 2007 Ceremony and reception: Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong
Isabella looked perfect in Qi Pao. It ‘s around 2300 in Central.

Be prepared !!!! This set of wedding photos is very different from what you have seen before in my blog.
Winnie and Raymond ‘s wedding was in early 2008. The wedding was very simple, no game, no tea ceremony, they just planned to have a few hours of outdoor shooting before heading to the cotton tree drive marriage registry at 4:00 pm. However, the weather turned out to be very very bad, it was freezing cold and raining outside !!!!!
So what should we do after finishing the make up at 11:00am, we still had a few hours to go before the ceremony. Finally, I suggest to have a fun photo session inside their apartment and ask them to do whatever they do in their daily lives (but in wedding dress). And we had a blast !!!!!! Winnie had such a cheerful (and a little bit hyperactive) character that the bad weather [......]

I was always asked by my wedding couples what color of dress, what decoration, or location will help me to take good wedding photos. My answer is they are not important to me. What makes wedding photos beautiful is the people inside the pic. If you and your friends and families enjoy your wedding day, it would be a very very easy task for me.
On the other hand, I always found very difficult to take good pictures in very busy wedding, all people are in a rush throughout the whole day, mobile phones keep ringing and ringing, etc … ….
Elaine and Jon ‘s wedding is very simple — no bridal pickup games, no evening banquet, no big bridal party, but everything is so beautiful !!!!! You always see smiles on their faces.

this is one of my fav wedding in Nov 2007. As their ceremony was at 6:00pm, we got plenty of time in the afternoon for location shooting. We walked around in Central and explored a lot of interesting locations.
Mei and Allen, like all of my couples are friendly, and very fun to work with (as you can see from the photos !!!)
Date: 11 Nov 2007Reception and Ceremony: Island Shangri-la
Though I had taken photos in Central a lot of times, this ‘s my first time to be at this gate. Like this place a lot. A brown tone was added to enhance the mood. It became one of my fav place for location shooting of weddings in Nov & Dec 2007

I was shooting Linny and Tony ‘s wedding on the Christmas day. I felt so blessed to be part of this wedding and I could captured so many touching moments with my camera. I seldom cried while taking photos, but Tony had made everyone cry.
Date: 25 Dec, 2007reception: Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong
Linny liked to have some photos in Central, but she worried that her wedding dress would get dirty before the reception. So I suggested that we could take the photos in causal wear, and I am glad that they liked the idea.

Katherine and Shamim ‘s wedding (a referral from another Katherine) is a very special one — this is my first Chinese Indian wedding. Though they finally didn’t have the Indian ceremony in Hong Kong, I was still very excited with all the details they had in the wedding.
wedding date: 28 Oct, 2007reception: Salisbury Room, The Peninsula Hong Kong

The e-session of Florence and John was done on last Monday. We had very unstable weather that day, we got sunshine, mist, rain and it was very very hot and humid. John was sick, he got a bad cold the day before the shooting. However, as they have to return to USA and the weather forecast was even worse for the rest of the week (yes. it turned out to have thunderstorm in last few days), so we had to go on.
But all these things didn’t stop them. I believe they broke the record of no. of kisses among all my clients, and they ‘re really really good at that.
My fav pic of the day. This was my first time to take engagement photos in Central during day time. I didn’t like the concept of wearing wedding dress and walking in the crowd in Central (though I found a lot of couples in [......]

This was my first time to have two consecutive weddings at four seasons hotel Hong Kong. Jacqueline & Vincent ‘s wedding was on mar 18, just one day after Apple and Po Ming. I wish I had a room there the night before, so that I could have more time to sleep and less time to travel.
Jacqueline & Vincent ‘s wedding surpassed everything I had expected. The weather was perfect, the bride and groom were relaxed, and every guest was excited with them.
wedding shoes. Jacqueline ‘s shoes ‘re perfect for this kind of reflection shot. To prepare this picture, we need to have a clean glass surface (the tea bench was perfect for this case). Then, we need to move the bench next to the windows. Metered the exposure correctly for the shoes and tried to over exposed & washed out the background
