Hello Santorini, I am coming

Santorini

Tomorrow I ‘ll leave for Santorini, Greece to attend the Dancing with Yervant  wedding photographer workshop. I am so excited to meet Yervant in person and see him shooting in action. 

3 years ago,  I watched the "Master of Wedding Photographer" DVD, I was so surprised that wedding photography could be so different. When I saw Yervant in the DVD, he had so much fun shooting wedding and his images were stunning !!!! After that, I made up my mind to change myself from a corporate businessman to a full time wedding photographer.

After being a full time wedding photographer for 2 years, I believe it ’s time to learn something new. If possible, I ‘ll try to update the details of this workshop on my blog during the trip.

I ‘ll be back to Hong Kong on May 9. Please email me or send me SMS during that time.

    peter and i love santorini soooo much! we went there 2 years ago in summer and had such a romantic time enjoying the world of simple blue and white. the beauty if breathtaking and it fits so well with love and vows…
    we’re planning to take our post-wedding photos there!
    hv a nice immersion trip!

    Hi Simon, wish you have a very fruitful trip!
    We’ve just come back from Greece for honey moon. We stayed in Santorini, Mykonos and Athens. Santorini is a particularlly beautiful and romantic place!
    The island is small, but it’s really an enjoyable place for every photographer. Enjoy your trip and the Moussaka (a famous local dish). But be frank, Moussaka is not our cup of tea indeed.
    Remember to buy yourself more bottled water, most of the tap water on the isaland is not drinkable, even if you have a water boiler. The water there is a little bit salty.

    We’re just back from our honeymoon in the Cyclades too!!! Obviously a  popular destination: Athens to Mykonos to Santorini to Crete.
    Rico wanted to extend our stay in Fira to have a chance to meet you again (and ask you to take some photos) but we have to get back to work.
    Highly recommend getting a quadbike or a car and getting around the beaches. but regarding photos you really can’t go wrong on Santorini: dramatic volcano views, soaring mountain sides and photogenic white and blue houses … and dogs!

    Just arrived this afternoon & had a short walk at Fira. Santorini is definitely a perfect place for honeymoon. Very quiet and romantic. You can spend the whole afternoon in a café and immense yourself in the color of blue and white.

    I love  Santorini !!! , we went there a few years ago (when Euro still have low exchange rate XD)
    We first stopped at Corfu, then Athens, then Santorini.  When I first stepped in Athens from Corfu, gosh, I felt like I was in Hong Kong….crowded and noisy!
