sure.
but before I go into details of it, I suggest you can do an excerise to take a similar photo (may be in your bedroom) and see what difficulty you ‘ll encountered, then we can continue the discussion
Just a few remarks
1) I only used one hot light source in this photo, it was behind the veil.
2) the photo is straight out from the camera, I didn’t do any burning or dodging, just adjust the white balance
