It is great to watch this video from Google. Very funny and creative indeed. Google are always ahead in the market in terms of creativity. They bought Youtube recently. Google is a great company with lots of great ideas. I personally use Google map, Google XLS, Google Doc…..great tools.
Google is great because of the working culture which they provide the most flexible working policy to their employees. This is not only a healthy company to work for but also allow the Google employees to think more. Creativity is one of the most important things for a company.
They can go swimming, playing football, basketball, snooker or doing whatever things they wanted to do during working hours. It sounds excellent isn’t it? It will definitely help the company itself because they always allow their empolyee to find time to relax and have fun. Not only Google, Microsoft(My friend said that they provide free Coca cola fridge for employee to drink as much as they like haha), British Telecom also try to implement the same things as well. Asian employers can look at this as a reference.
