my 1st wedding in 2008. this was a simple wedding – just an evening reception with friends and families at the Peninsula. However, it was quite challenging for me that David didn’t like wedding photo at all. And we had a whole afternoon free time before the reception started.
I chatted with David and found that he just bought a new DSLR camera a few days ago, so I asked him to take some photos of Pauline in the hotel suite. The moment he started to click click click, he got loosen up very soon, and I got a lot of nice pictures with them.

OK, we still had some free time, David suggested to go to the temple street to have a afternoon tea. We ‘re leaving.

I believe David really loved this place — the temple street, and he was full of energy and ready for anything in front of the camera

hi simon, thank you for the great work! i’ve been a faithful reader of your blog for over a year … i always wonder whether you’re expressing yourself truly here, or you just write standard mushy phrases everytime, like “beautiful bride”, “i like the way he looks at her”, “i’m so touched by this wedding” etc … it’s good to find out you’re actually giving your readers a true reflection of every event, and the time i spent reading your blog is not wasted!
