A very bad week – both of the cars are down
November 9, 2006Love in Shek O –wedding of Ingrid & Jackie
November 17, 2006I found it was so easy to shoot the wedding of Phyllis & Neil, because Neil loves Phyllis so much. You could feel the love from Neil every single moment. In his speech, Neil shared the love story with all the guests. When he met Phyllis the first time 10 years ago, he already knew she ‘s the ONE he was waiting for. Without hesitation, he gave all his tel no. (home no. office no. pager no. … … ) to Phyllis and hoped she would call him back.
That was the last picture I took. In fact, it was already after midnight, all my equipments were packed and I was about to leave. But I found that both Phyllis & Neil still enjoyed the dance so much and I couldn’t stop unpacking my camera and taking this last photo
The wedding gown. Siu Yu (the flower girl) was so lovely
This is my first ever "flower girl putting on her shoes" picture
Getting ready with Phyllis ‘s mother and Veronica (maid of honor). The makeup artist is Ivan Lee
The ceremony was held in St. Stephen ‘s Chapel at Stanley. Neil stared at Phyllis so many times during the ceremony
The recessional
A two minute portrait session after the ceremony yes, we only had less than two minutes to take a few portrait. I wish we could had more time at this nice chapel
I wanna be the bride
Cocktail at the garden of Helena May
This is the moment
The toasts
First dance
Toss of bouquet
The garter. Everyone was so excited at this moment
Congratulation!!! Phyllis & Neil

Hi Simon,
I love your photos. I am planning a wedding in June next year. Would you be willing to fly to Bali?
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Simon,
We returned from our perfect honeymoon in South Africa just an hour ago and are sooooo happy with the beautiful photographs that you’ve done. I (Neil) am one of the most unphotogenic persons around and you’ve even managed to make me look presentable – well done indeed!
I hope your cameraman (sorry, we’ve forgotten his name after all the excitement) is OK after slipping on the spilt wine on the dance floor. The party managed to get through close on 200 bottles of wine, 16 bottles of champagne, 260 beers & countless spirits – a jolly time was indeed had by all.
We’ll certainly recommend you & your happy crew to any of our friends who decide to get married – perhaps the recepients of the bouquet & garter even!
We can’t wait to see the final results. In anticipation…..

HI Neil,
I liked your wedding very much. You ‘re totally not "unphotogenic" at all in your wedding, in fact, I found it very easy to take photo of you as we could see your love of Phyllis anytime, anywhere in the wedding.
Ken was OK, but he broke the front lens adapter of his video camera. So he has one more excuse to upgrade to the lastest High definition video equipment.
